“Equality in Politics: A Survey of Women and Men in Parliaments” is a new publication by Inter-Parliamentary Union which collects insights from both women and men in parliaments into what shapes decision making. The survey finds that different factors affect the entry of women and men into politics. More than 90 percent of all respondents agreed that women bring different views, talents and perspectives to politics.
